1DOS Foundation is committed to a healthy body, mind, and spirit.  We use our health and fitness journeys to bring attention and financial assistance to individual journeys and charitable organizations through Fitness Scholarships.

1DOS was founded by people who are on their own fitness journey, with hundreds of pounds lost.  We changed our own lives and along the way found a calling to help others change their lives, as well.

We work with other charitable organizations and local groups to make our communities healthier and more active - and more affordable at the same time.
